Healthy Bones

Offers an osteoporosis management clinic.
The Healthy Bones Clinic is a fully-funded component of the Fraser Health Elderhealth program; a team of health care professionals provides lifestyle and treatment choices for referred individuals currently managing osteoporosis.

In addition, a three-hour group education session is available to individuals interested in learning more about osteoporosis; registration and a minimal fee are required.

Referral process: Your doctor simply has to send a note to the program along with a recent bone density test (within the last 3 years) stating that you require the service.
